Our facilities include cells exclusively dedicated to meat’s handling with temperatures ranging from 1.5 ° C to 4 ° C. Products of this kind require special care so that they do not lose quality and freshness. For this reason the meat products are set up and delivered the same day they arrive in our platform. It takes less than half a day from the withdrawal from the supplier to the arrival at the point of sale. The whole process must comply with strict hygiene checks according to the principles of HACCP and avoiding any temperature change of the environment.
Moreover, thanks to our reception systems, we always make available the traceability of all goods, from receipt to delivery.
